Project Acceleration

As the final step to advance resilience implementation, the Initiative will identify a comprehensive catalog of resilience projects already identified or underway in the region, with the intent to fund the advancement of at least three efforts toward implementation.

Through values detailed in the community vision and regional vulnerabilities and planning goals, the Initiative will identify a set of criteria that will guide the identification and selection of aligned projects. Efforts advanced by the Initiative will receive funding as well as tailored technical assistance, helping move community-identified ideas into shovel-ready, fundable projects while building local capacity for long-term implementation.
