Project Acceleration

As the final step to advance resilience implementation, the Initiative will identify a pipeline of resilience projects already prioritized within the region with the intent to fund the development and progression of at least three efforts. Through values detailed in the community vision and regional vulnerabilities and planning goals, the Initiative will detail a set of criteria that will guide the identification and selection of aligned projects. Efforts advanced by the Initiative will receive funding as well as tailored technical assistance, helping move community-identified ideas into shovel-ready, fundable projects while building local capacity for long-term implementation.
